Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tahoe Digital website at www.TahoeDigital.com and any services provided by Tahoe Digital (a division of Pareto Corporation). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tahoe Digital provides digital marketing services including website design, SEO, local marketing, email marketing, social media management, analytics, AI strategy, automation, and process improvement. Specific services and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time project fees are billed per the schedule outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for them (websites, content, etc.). Tahoe Digital retains rights to tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in creating those deliverables.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tahoe Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Project agreements may not be terminated once work has begun without forfeiture of deposits.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Nevada County, California.
