Do I need all five phases?
No. Most businesses start at Phase 1 or Phase 2. We figure out where you are and what you need next. You only move forward when it makes sense.
How long does each phase take?
Phase 1 and Phase 2 are typically 2-6 weeks each. Phase 3 is an ongoing engagement measured in months, not weeks. Timelines depend on competition and your current starting point.
What if I already have a website?
If your website is functional and sends the right trust signals, we work with it. If it needs fixing, we rebuild it as part of your phase engagement.
Are there contracts?
Phase 1 and Phase 2 are project-based with a clear scope. Phase 3+ retainers are month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
What does "Solo" vs "Team-Based" mean?
Solo is a one-person operation with one location. Team-based is a business with employees and more complexity. Multi-location is exactly what it sounds like. The work scales with the business.
